Henry Sinai is an Israel Patent Attorney (1995). He earned a law degree from Manchester University, as well as degrees in Mechanical Civil Engineering from Salford University.
Prior to merging his practice with JMB Davis Ben-David, Mr. Sinai founded and was the Managing Partner of IP-Partnership.
Mr. Sinai advises international and Israeli-based corporations on the development of their intellectual property portfolios, including opinion work relating to patentability and freedom to operate issues.
Mr. Sinai has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent and design applications worldwide and the registration of trademarks in many jurisdictions. Fields of experience include computers, hardware and software, mechanical, image processing, printing, medical devices, telecommunications and semiconductors, pharma and biotechnology and food technology.
