My name is Shir Tzviat Suissa, and I am a lawyer specializing in the field of trademarks.

I began my journey in the legal world by engaging in commercial litigation, class actions, and insolvency. Over the years, I have gained extensive knowledge and experience in handling complex cases, facing various legal challenges, and acquiring skills that have accompanied me throughout my career.

Over time, I was drawn to the field of trademarks and discovered a fascinating combination of creativity and strategy, which turned it into a  professional mission for me. 

This combination led me to a unique specialization and a deep connection to this field.

Today, I combine the knowledge I have accumulated in the fields of litigation and commercial law with expertise in trademarks, providing legal services tailored to the specific needs of each client. I strive to offer each client added value while maximizing the protection of their rights.

For me, the field of trademarks is more than just a symbol or logo – it reflects identity, creativity, and quality. Trademarks are an integral part of all our lives and influence how we experience the world. For example, when we enter a supermarket, trademarks guide us as consumers – whether it’s the familiar packaging of a product we loved in our childhood or the symbol of a reliable chain. These marks differentiate brands, represent values, and create a consumer experience based on trust and familiarity.

Moreover, working in this field allows me to accompany businesses and creative individuals on their journey – from turning an idea into a recognizable symbol that represents vision and impact. I find immense satisfaction in helping my clients protect their creations, prevent unfair legal threats, and ensure that their hard work is protected and appreciated.

The field of trademarks reminds me daily of the importance of creativity, innovation, and identity – values that are an integral part of our lives. I am proud to play a significant role in this work, accompanying brands and creators on their path to protecting their uniqueness and the recognition they deserve.

את דרכי בעולם המשפט התחלתי בעיסוק בליטיגציה מסחרית, תובענות ייצוגיות וחדלות פירעון. במהלך השנים צברתי ידע וניסיון רב בטיפול בתיקים מורכבים, תוך התמודדות עם אתגרים משפטיים מגוונים ורכישת מיומנויות שמלוות אותי לאורך הקריירה.

עם הזמן נמשכתי לתחום סימני המסחר וגיליתי בו שילוב מרתק בין יצירתיות לאסטרטגיה, שהפכו אותו עבורי לתחום של שליחות מקצועית. השילוב הזה הוביל אותי להתמחות ייחודית ולחיבור עמוק לעשייה בעולם זה.

כיום, אני משלבת את הידע שצברתי בתחומי הליטיגציה והמשפט המסחרי עם המומחיות בסימני מסחר, ומעניקה שירותים משפטיים המותאמים באופן אישי לצרכיו של כל לקוח. אני שואפת להעניק לכל לקוח ערך מוסף, תוך הגנה מרבית על זכויותיהם של לקוחותיי.

עבורי, תחום סימני המסחר הוא יותר מסמל או לוגו – הוא משקף זהות, יצירתיות ואיכות. סימני מסחר הם חלק בלתי נפרד מהחיים של כולנו ומשפיעים על הדרך שבה אנו חווים את העולם. למשל, כשאנו נכנסים לסופרמרקט, סימני המסחר מנחים אותנו כצרכנים – בין אם מדובר באריזה מוכרת של מוצר שאהבנו בילדותנו או בסמל של רשת אמינה. סימנים אלה מבדלים מותגים, מייצגים ערכים, ויוצרים חוויית צריכה שמבוססת על אמון ומוכרות.

מעבר לכך, העבודה בתחום מאפשרת לי ללוות עסקים ואנשים יוצרים במסע שלהם – מהפיכת רעיון לסמל מוכר שמייצג חזון והשפעה. אני מוצאת סיפוק עצום בעזרה ללקוחותיי להגן על יצירתם, למנוע איומים משפטיים לא הוגנים ולוודא שהעבודה הקשה שלהם מוגנת ומוערכת.

תחום סימני המסחר מזכיר לי מדי יום את החשיבות של יצירתיות, חדשנות וזהות – ערכים שהם חלק בלתי נפרד מהחיים שלנו. אני גאה לקחת חלק משמעותי בעשייה זו, וללוות מותגים ויוצרים בדרך להגנה על הייחודיות שלהם ולהכרה שהם ראויים לה.
